No, in line with the majority of other businesses I do not accept cheques or postal orders under any circumstances. Do you do monthly pay?
Since I am a freelancer, all jobs are invoiced separately as agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

My expertise includes working as a chef de partie, sous chef, and head chef, and I am proficient in creating dishes from different menus, ranging from gastro pubs to fine dining restaurants and bistros. My specialties lie in preparing mains and starters, and I am confident in delivering high-quality and delicious meals to your customers.
I hold several qualifications, including City & Guilds level 1/2 Food Hygiene Certificate, Level 2 Allergen Awareness Certificate, Food Hygiene Level 3, and HACCP Certificate. I also have full DBS clearance and am currently on the update service with certificate number 0011854004116.
My hourly rate for regular chef assignments is £15 to 19.00 per hour, with time and half on standard holidays. For senior chef assignments, my rate is £24.00 per hour, and for dinner parties, I charge £190.00 per day, plus the menu price per head and any additional service staff if required.
